There are two types of pricing for our project management services:
Flat-rate pricing and Cost Plus pricing
Depending on the size of your project, the existing plans or the plans to be made, the timeline, and the complexity, we are able to estimate construction costs and guarantee a fixed price. This price guarantee will be honoured, no matter what!
Cost Plus pricing: actual cost + fees
This pricing model allows you to pay on an actual-cost basis, thus benefiting from our discounts (supported by invoices). To these costs we add our project management fees. Should savings be made during the project, we will happily pass them along to you.
